Questions, bug reports, account or subscription help: email lovo@lovison.id.au and include your app version — it is shown at the bottom of the Settings screen.

Fastest way to report a bug: in the app, open Settings → Report a problem. This opens an email that automatically attaches a diagnostics log, which helps us find the cause much faster.

Subscriptions and purchases

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. You can view, change, or cancel them any time in your device's Settings → your name → Subscriptions. For refund requests, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com. If a purchased storage upgrade isn't showing in the app, email us with your app version and we'll sort it out.

Account deletion

You can delete your account and its data directly in the app: open Settings and scroll to the bottom — Delete account is in the Danger Zone section. If you can't access the app, email us from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you.
